Recognised as an internationally acclaimed expert, author and business consultant in the science of human excellence and known as the People Mechanic™, Gary De Rodriguez has over 30 years in designing and integrating the most effective models of psychology-based systems of success in leadership, human behaviour, communication, and team dynamics.

He resides as the Chief Executive Officer of Peopleistic (USA), a Director of the Australasian College of Leadership and Coaching, and a Research Fellow of the Institute of Mind and Behavioural Sciences. Managing the USA office of Peopleistic, Gary works primarily between the USA and Asia Pacific offices. His international training experience is across the United States, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Indonesia, and Europe, having held CEO positions for organisations like Life Design International Academy of Coaching and Evolution Trainings LLC. as well as principle in the Leader in U Academy.

Recognised for his cutting edge leadership trainings and the ability to instill value and motivation in teams, Gary has focused his career upon the human aspects of organisational development. His emphasis is upon the importance of leadership, thinking and problem solving strategies, time management, entrepreneurial development, people intelligence, communication, and the investment in human equity. He is trained formerly in traditional Neuro Linguistic Programming, Humanistic Neuro Linguistic Psychology, Time Line Therapy, Extended DISC, the Mobius Team Communication Model and Language Mastery Systems. He has developed trainings that master the complexities of human thinking and teaches others to evolve to a whole brain 3-D thinking perspective essential in developing leadership, managing change, mastering communications, accelerating motivation, and constructing unified teams.
