Ighsaan Davids has over 30 years working in the information technology industry, 15 of which were spent in senior IT management roles. He has significant international business experience establishing and managing businesses and working in senior roles such as Chief Information Officer and Group IT Manager. Ighsaan specialises in project management, business and technology requirements gathering and is one of Peopleistic’s lead consultants and project management trainers.

Ighsaan has extensive experience in business and technology requirements, facilitation and gathering for the purpose of business process reengineering and or new business processes and its supporting automated tools.

Ighsaan’s expertise in understanding strategy and how to implement it from both a management and technology perspective allows him to help businesses plan and execute their plans to achieve success. His technology expertise, coupled with strong business skills, allows Ighsaan to understand how to leverage IT in any business environment. He has extensive experience with JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions to obtain and document business requirements that lead to automated solution recommendations, including proposed vendor evaluations selection methods.

His extensive project management experience and IT expertise makes Ighsaan Peopleistic’s project management software expert. This includes the implementation of a project management processes, methodologies and project management enterprise tools that support Risk and Issue Management, Document Management and Project Management Office Executive dash boarding.
