  • How will I get Internationally Accredited?

    There are four online modules in the course. You will receive an additional fifth module on the people dynamics, however this is a bonus module and is not assessed.

    Your training begins with an internationally accredited Extended DISC® Consultant conducting a 1.5 hour debrief with you on your style so you can get exposed to the client experience firsthand. We effectively demonstrate how to be a consultant (lead by example).

    You then progress through the modules at your own pace, however you must complete the training and assessment within 12 months of your enrolment.

    During the training program you will need to complete a 10 question multi-choice questionnaire and a short essay at the end of each of the four modules. This is the main assessment requirements, and you can repeat the assessments until you pass.

    In completing 80% or better for the online questionnaires you will have access to print a Certificate of Competency per module with your name and assessment date on the certificate.

    At the end of the training, you will have the opportunity to walk through a debrief with a accredited Extended DISC® Consultant or conduct a live debrief yourself. The process is simple, however assures you gain the knowledge to enable quality delivery for client profile debriefs.

    This completes your assessment requirements, and you simply apply for graduation.

    You will be given training resources and sample reports as a toolbox to work with your clients. We also provide some ongoing support after your training to ensure you can take the training knowledge into your business.

    What Does being an accredited Extended DISC® Consultant Mean?

    As a accredited Extended DISC® Consultant you will receive a certificate from HR Profiling Solutions (Extended DISC Australasia master licensee), as well as the Business Education Institute. The accreditation is internationally recognised and you will be able to use ExtDISCConsultant and FinxSConsultant as post-nominals on your business cards.
