Professor Ian Rouse (Melbourne, Australia): Leadership and Management

Dr Ian Rouse has significant experience in both academia and industry with a focus on health, leadership and education.   He has held senior academic positions including the acting Vice Chancellor of the Fiji National University, the Dean of the Fiji Medical School, Executive Dean of the Division of Health, Engineering and Sciences at Victoria University, and an Associate Dean of Research and Enterprise Development at Curtin University.

His commercial leadership roles has included General Manager, Chief Information Officer, and Director roles, including his present position as a Director of the global Peopleistic Group.

He currently holds an adjunct Professor role with Victoria University.

He studied at the Harvard Medical School at a post-doctorate level in nutritional epidemiology. Today, he continues to focus on international consulting  specialising in leadership development in the health and educational environments.

Professor Helen Armstrong (Perth, Australia): Leadership and Management, and Project Management

Dr Helen Armstrong has more than 25 years’ experience spanning both academia and industry with a focus on cyber security, project management, risk and governance, business process analysis and design, social network analysis, problem analysis and solution architecture, strategic planning and decision analysis.

Helen has worked with a variety of organisations including IBM (Sydney), Western Australian Police (Perth), West Point Military Academy (New York) and Curtin University of Technology (Perth).

She is the author of a recent book on “Social Network Analysis” published by John Wiley & Sons and regularly presents at conferences and universities across the globe. She was most recently the Director of the Centre for Organisational Analysis at Curtin University and remains an Adjunct Research Fellow with the School of Business.

Her educational experience is in instructional design expertise and knowledge of different eLearning methodologies and learning management systems, with extensive experience in professional development and education course design for adult learning at tertiary level. With strong facilitation and presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills has led to proven abilities to author high quality written publications.

With her inherent understanding of major concepts and has the ability to explain these concepts and effectively engage with a variety of stakeholders at all levels, she has developed strong capability to understand organisational behaviour and utilise the most efficient and effective methods for delivering objectives. This is supported with project management skills evidenced by the successful completion of projects on-time and on-budget, mindfully managing costs against budgets and achieving strategic objectives and operational plans.

International best-selling author, educator and business consultant, Todd Hutchison, has been formally recognised as a pre-eminent business leader in Australia by WA Business News, and an awarded speaker by the Professional Speakers Australia. In 2013, he was awarded the global ‘Professional of the Year’ and inducted into the Worldwide Who’s Who international Hall of Fame. He is a graduate and Fellow of the prestigious Leadership Western Australia program, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, and the inaugural Fellow of the Project Management Institute (Australia) and recently featured as a leading mentor in the international bestselling book “Millionaire Mentors”.

Todd currently resides as the Global Chairman of Peopleistic, and our Chairman of the Business Education Institute. He was formerly a Board Director of the international Project Management Institute, as well as the National Chairman and WA President of Project Management Institute, and the Chairman of the International Institute of Project Coaching.

He is an adjunct Associate Professor with CQUniversity, and holds adjunct positions with Edith Cowan University and Curtin University.  He is also on the  MBA academic staff at the Australian Institute of Management.

Known as the Corporate Mechanic, Todd is an internationally Certified Professional Speaker (CSP) and a Nationally accredited trainer. By the age of 17 he was running five photographic studios and continued his love for leading businesses, including Directorships with companies like Deloitte and Curtin University.

Todd has some twenty tertiary qualifications across the disciplines of engineering, business, commerce, coaching and information technology, including a Masters of Business Administration (Technology Management) from Deakin University, and a Masters of Commerce from Curtin University of Technology.

Recognised as a world authority in project management coaching, Todd’s first book provides a reference text for ‘Project Coaching – Leading Excellence in Project Management Practices’. He is an internationally certified Master Project Coach, Master Project Director and Project Management Professional with almost 25 years professional practice. His own project performance has been formerly recognised by awards from organisations such as the Project Management Institute, WA Business News, Worldwide Who’s Who, Curtin University of Technology, WA Squadron Air Training Corps, and the WA Police Service, as well as holding a World Championship in Pipe Band Music (Grade 2).

Known as the Risk Doctor, Dr Cyril Jankoff combines both qualifications and experience in accounting and law. As a professional consultant and trainer, he has over 30 years experience, specialising in the areas of procurement and contract management.

Cyril is the Chief Executive Officer of The Risk Doctor, offering services related to business improvement, procurement, and managing commercial contracts. He specialises in litigation accountancy where he assesses the losses suffered in breach of contract, fraud, and negligence cases, including supporting dispute resolution processes.

He is multilingual, extending his native English to both German and Spanish.

He was also on the MBA academic team at the Australian Institute of Management, and the former CEO of the Centre for Business Education, as well as having sessional academic teaching positions in universities like CQUniversity.

Cyril provides contract management, contract law and procurement-focused project management education.

Ighsaan Davids (Perth, Australia): Project Management


Ighsaan Davids has over 30 years working in the information technology industry, 15 of which were spent in senior IT management roles. He has significant international business experience establishing and managing businesses and working in senior roles such as Chief Information Officer and Group IT Manager. Ighsaan specialises in project management, business and technology requirements gathering and is one of Peopleistic’s lead consultants and project management trainers.
